*Airport transfers

(Car parking fees will be added to the bill.  Waiting time at the airport for collections will be charged from 45 minutes after touch down.  We do however pay close attention to flight arrivals to minimise the risk of this charge.  Unsociable hours between 11pm - 6am  will attract a 25% surcharge.)

*Wedding car packages

Your driver will provide you with the car(s) of your choice for a minimum 3 hour period. Extra time can be booked in advance and is charged at the hourly rate. Also included is a mileage allowance of 40 miles from base to base. If the wedding and the reception are at the same place, then at your request the bride and groom will be taken on a short drive to allow preparations to be made at the venue for their receiving by the guests. Champagne will be offered for you to enjoy before you arrive at the reception venue. At the time of booking, our distance calculations are made using AA route planner and any extra mileage will be charged in accordance with the vehicle type. 

At your request the bridal car will also receive white ribbons to the front and neutral flowers to the parcel shelf in the rear. If you have other requirements regarding decoration of the car(s), please call us to obtain a further quotation.

Booking 2 or more wedding cars will qualify for a discount, as will booking one of our chauffeur cars to begin your honeymoon celebrations.

On your first anniversary please contact us to obtain a special discount for your first anniversary celebration.

*Events

Book one of our chauffeur cars to take you to any event on the social calender.  Ascot, Henley, Glyndebourne Festival, Wimbledon et al are all occasions where you can relax, safe in the knowledge that your transport needs are taken care of.
